Intro

The Financial Questionnaire is a short form for collecting basic financial information about an organization, such as the organization's total income and total expenses in the last fiscal year. This information should be readily available on the organization's own web site, or on the organization's IRS form 990, or through web sites like GuideStar, Give.org, and Charity Navigator.

The info on the Financial Questionnaire is useful for making scorecards that assign scores like High pay scores, or Fundraising scores.
