Growth Questionnaire

Intro
The Growth Questionnaire is a simple form for recording an organization's annual expenditure figures going back a few years. The annual expenditure figures are available on the organization's IRS Form 990s. The numbers on the Growth Questionnaire are useful for seeing whether an organization is growing or shrinking, and seeing how quickly it's changing size.
Sources
Some non-profit organizations post copies of their Form 990s on their own web sites, but it is unusual for organizations to post more than the most recent Form 990. Copies of Form 990s are also available from:
